Information clause

In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: “GDPR” ) and processing your personal data, we kindly inform you that:

  1. the administrator of your personal data, including name and surname, e-mail address, company name and other data that you provide in the form is FAMOC Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Wajdeloty 12A, 80-437 Gdańsk, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000381166, NIP: 6040003120 (hereinafter: “Administrator”),
  2. due to the content of the provision of art. 37 paragraph 1 GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a data protection officer,
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of correspondence, for information, promotion and marketing purposes and for the performance of the contract to which you are a party or to take steps to conclude another contract at your request, pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) and b) GDPR,
  4. the recipients of your personal data will be the Administrator’s employees and associates to the extent necessary to conduct correspondence or perform the contract concluded with you,
  5. Your personal data may be transferred to external entities as part of the services provided on behalf or for the Administrator under a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data, in which these entities will be obliged to keep your personal data confidential,
  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations,
  7. Your personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary to perform the purposes indicated in paragraph 3 and limitation of claims arising therefrom, and in the case of processing personal data only on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. a) GDPR for the duration of consent,
  8. the security of processing your personal data is secured physically and with the use of IT systems with appropriate security levels,
  9. providing personal data by you was voluntary. In relation to the Administrator, you have the right to request:
    1) access to data pursuant to art. 15 GDPR,
    2) rectification of data based on art. 16 GDPR,
    3) delete data based on art. 17 GDPR,
    4) restrictions on data processing pursuant to art. 18 GDPR,
    5) transfer data based on art. 20 GDPR,
    6) object to incorrect processing,
  10. personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling),
  11. in the event that the Administrator’s processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection,
