What will you be responsible for?

  • ongoing correspondence with clients and partners,
  • operation of the reporting system (registering, categorizing and resolving incidents),
  • execution of license orders received via e-mail and in the application registration system,
  • analysis of reported problems and searching for possible solutions in cooperation with testers and developers,
  • training of the FAMOC system use – both remotely and at the customer’s premises,
  • training in system installation and server maintenance – both remotely and at customers’ premises,
  • consulting and analysis of customer requirements,
  • proactive ongoing control of the state of the managed cloud infrastructure,
  • escalation of applications and cooperation with a team of developers on more complex issues,
  • escalation of incidents and cooperation with external suppliers of services and equipment,
  • cooperation with developers and testers,
  • developing the IT knowledge base, documenting known issues, suggesting improvements to our processes and procedures,
  • implementation, integration and configuration of the system, both remotely and at customers’ premises,
  • creating and updating pre-implementation and as-built documentation.

What should you have?

  • analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • knowledge in the field of IT / mobile technologies,
  • basic knowledge of RHEL / CentOS and SQL language,
  • knowledge of MS Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, MS Certificate Authority and VMWare,
  • experience in working with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk, OTRS, Jira),
  • knowledge of issues related to the network environment (LAN / WAN),
  • communicative English,
  • very good work organization,
  • assertiveness and self-reliance.

You'll get extra points for:

  • one year experience on a similar position,
  • knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, PHP, Python).
